Hi everyone! I'm a unicorn - really! Looking for L&D / Change Management positions.
I'm a Senior Learning & Development Manager / Strategy & Change Manager looking for work in the Western Washington area (greater Seattle / Tacoma preferably), hybrid/onsite. Also, very open to fully remote if the company is elsewhere! I have a doctorate in Transformational Leadership and Adult Learning Theory. My main superpower is turning complex change initiatives into learning strategies that leaders and employees actually embrace and utilize. I have a background in IP law (paralegal), public education (teacher / curriculum writer / district administrator), and Chief of Staff/Lead L&D for a Seattle-based Railroad Tech company. I'm a Prosci Change Management Professional, Mediator, Crucial Learning Certified Facilitator, and I have a certificate in Business Contracts from Cornell Law. Any leads are appreciated! I think Dover has one open as Hybrid based in Chicago. Look at Dover Careers and check for positions in Illinois. Not sure what they are expecting as "hybrid". But it might work!
