The process that was studied, engineered, developed, and built to perfection doesn't work. The Talent Acquisitions Systems were designed to help HR and Business manage the resume submission process and then help lead candidates into seamless internal onboarding, monitoring and access to benefits, career training etc. Sounds great, sounds like modern progress; automation of standard operating processes its innovative Right? For years these systems had been boasting the robustness of the AI and optimization of key words that frankly left everyone in the dark. It became a gated no access to job opportunities. Leaving many to resubmit, regenerate and calibrate and submitting to match a criteria other than the job description because the missing link is the writing for key phases, and scanning with AI tools to match and still many candidates are SOL. Not only could a candidate be a good fit, a perfect fit, but do they know the customized engineered selected key words, format, that will pass the computer screening? Most people don't. That is why most hiring managers are saying do both... prospects submit your resumé and find the hiring manager on LinkedIn and connect with them. Isn't that defeating the purpose of the streamlined system? Isn't that cherry picking applicants by passing the system or worst creating bias? How are candidates getting hired especially a seasoned one? This technology was never good out of the gate, and they sold it to all as premium. Is this truly progress?

This rings true. A system can be efficient and still miss good people when it screens mainly on keywords. I think the fix is partly on both sides — candidates tailoring a resume to the actual role, and employers keeping a human review step for close matches instead of letting the system decide alone. A short note explaining why you are a fit, sent to a real person when you can, still helps more than another application in a pile.

I came across https://tribuna.com/en/casino/casino-reviews/winairlines-casino/ while looking for information about sports betting platforms. The overall presentation is easy to understand, and I liked that the main details are available without having to search through too many pages
