Hello All, I am glad to have come across this support group of woman who want to make back in career.
With 23 years trying my best of performance in Recruiting and Business Development with a diploma in Mechanical Engineering, bachelors in Arts and Masters in Marketing, this is my 2 nd time trying to come back after a gap, but this time it is very very exhausting. After my first break of 4 years after 10 years from Engineering BDM job, I started from scratch and was promoted to Director in IT staffing and Recruiting. It was more of Business development and Talent Acquisition. I could not stop working so I am yet doing freelancing but also searching positions where I can have stability. I don't mind travelling for job and innovation as I enjoy learning while accepting the challenges.

Be kind to yourself. The job market has been incredibly frustrating the last 2-3 years. I'm optimistic though that it will start to improve for job seekers.
