I’m looking for my next QA Manager/Lead role — and if the right team’s out there, I’m absolutely ready to step into a Director seat.

I’ve spent over a decade leading QA teams that don’t just “check the box.” My crews own their products, challenge assumptions, and suggest enhancements because they know quality isn’t just about catching bugs, it’s about building something you’re proud to put your name on.

I’ve led global teams (US, Mexico, India, UK), built automation frameworks that hit 93% adoption, and helped cut reviews times nearly in half. Translation: I love messy processes, fixing them, and then bragging about the metrics.

Here’s my so-called “drawback”: I’m not a developer. Never have been. But I’ve guided automation teams to cleaner, smarter, more efficient code, and I understand QA at every layer of the process. My strength is leading people, connecting the dots, and building structure where chaos used to live. I don’t need to write the code to understand how it should work, and my track record proves it.
