Hi Everyone
I am hoping to find some guidance and support in my job search.
I have worked as SAP Consultant for 3years. And after that I have been on maternity break and child care for past 4years.
Now I want to restart my career I learn Data Analytics Technologies in this gap, Now I am searching for Data Analyst role jobs as entry level. But Can't get interview calls.
Can anyone help on this?

Hi I hope get something maybe look at the wording I am wondering if they are judging on the gap of employment. As a working mother I get it I’ve taken time off however it was within the FMLA guidelines. Someone will get you a chance . Then you would have to just explain it in the interview. Blessings

Hi, The four years gap is impacting your job prospects unfortunately. If you know of a friend/family who is an IT consultant and has their own company ask them if they can agree to be a reference for you as a SAP IT consultant working for them. Ask them to help with filling the gap years with key tasks you worked on. Next, to fill in this gap add the start and end dates on your resume for the four years you were out, call it Self Employed, SAP IT Consultant, add your new skills, then get creative with adding consultation work you may have done for this company if that makes sense.
