I have an interview today but I'm having bad JuJu about it. It is a term to hire position through a staffing company. When i did the initial phone screen the recruiter wasn't prepare and hadn't review my resume even through we scheduled it the pervious day. Fast forward to yesterday, the client wants to interview me and as requested I provided three different days and times I would be available, the recruiter can bad with times completely outside that. Then she wanted to do an interview prep, okay but what she provided was as if I've never interviewed before. I'm a recruiter, which clearly states that on my resume. Am I over reacting? I will have to adjust my schedule to meet the interview and I'm afraid this might be the client's standard operating procedures than a one off. If they won't respect my time or my experience should I politely withdraw?
