    All people are welcome here as long as you want to support women in their career journey. That includes cis women, trans women, gender fluid/non-conforming, LGBTQIA+ and male (cis, trans, etc) allies. Welcome & feel free to share your insights or get support & advice!

    I’m a man who appreciates this site because it does the work that I had hoped LinkedIn in would do. I too have questions about the workplace but don’t know of any other site where we can discuss anonymously. As I implied you can’t curse out your employers for execrable policies on LinkedIn.

    Right? It seems like the Community section was down for a few weeks because the spamming got so bad. I don’t think that the moderators were able to keep up.

    I wonder what the point was other than malice?
