Hi everyone, I am looking to make a switch.
I have my MBA along with almost 8 years in healthcare administration and billing revenue cycle. 2 years and 7 months experience in clinical research. I’m desperately looking to switch gears to project management or operations but have not been successful.

First step is I'd recommend networking with people doing the job you want and the companies you're interested in.
Next I recommend to anyone looking to pivot is identify your transferrable skills and your skills gap (so that you can work to bridge the gap).
In the case of a pivot you have to highlight your transferrable skills and any past experience or current training that will strengthen your candidacy.
If you want some DIY help, I recommend a book called "What Color is Your Parachute?"

Do you have any project management experience or the necessary certifications?
