Hi, Folks! I'm trying to transition from the Public to Private sector. I currently manage five discrete areas for my organization: a team responsible for data regulatory compliance; a team of developers; a team of SaaS customer service and training reps; a team handling statewide assement reporting; and Data Privacy and Security compliance. Thrown into the mix (becuase we're a government agency who resells services/ software to other government agencies and K-12 schools) is creating and marketing services, budgeting, client relationship management, and vendor management. Becuase my role is a bit of a chimera, I'm having difficulty translating my skills to narrower private sector senior manager or director roles. Any advice is appreciated, thank you in advance!
