    Replaced my Netflix-before-bed habit with something lighter - a quick lesson on SmartyMe (https://smartymeapp.com). Sounds boring but it actually helps me wind down better than shows. The lessons are calm, no cliffhangers, and I fall asleep feeling like I did something useful. Currently going through their art history collection. Weird flex but my sleep quality improved too.
