Hey all!

I'm trying to make a career change from real estate asset management to customer success manager. Even though I don't have a software background, I have many transferable skills that will make me successful in this role.

If you are or know anybody in the field, I would love to connect! Or if you have any leads or job openings, that would be amazing too.

Thank you!!

Elana

Sure! I have a BA in business administration (concentrations in management & organizational studies, entrepreneurial studies and international business) from Muhlenberg College and an MS in real estate finance & investment from NYU. I worked in property management for 4+ years at a FirstService Residential New York, a 3rd party management company. Then I switched to asset management; I spent 4 years at Dalan Management, a real estate firm in NYC and 1.5 years at BMC Investments, a real estate firm in Denver. I'm located in Denver, CO and hybrid would be ideal, but I am open to remote too.
