The job that I needed from the client are the following. - Entry level / No experience - Full time or Part time for as long as it is stable, secure and pays regularly. Since I am a beginner, I'm charging $5 hour - Can train newbies and get paid from the training. - When it comes to Payment, I can use Paypal, Bank to bank or Payoneer. - A client that offers Non-Voice tasks (More of documentation, Admin roles, Data Entry, Email Management , Research. The reason why I am looking for Non-Voice is I am on a Shared accommodation with a Shared room which is not conducive to any Call related tasks. - The client doesn't focus much on your previous qualifications of study to be accepted. For me that's from the past and what is important is both the client and the Freelancer needs are being met during the work process. - Only requires the applicant/ Freelancer to only use Laptop and not those with complicated 2 monitor screens or noise cancelling headset. Remember all of us started with nothing, lacking of resources and money to have those. These points that I mentioned may sound a Red Flag to clients and they want someone to have and can do anything to run their business smoothly but we need to help people who wants to start something new because they struggle much on ages, some laid off, some lacking of requirements and doesn't meet eligibility, those who are homeless, The longer they are unemployed the more they suffer and they have many bills to pay.
