I have 15+ years of experience in ETF product management and operations across asset managers, financial data firms, and market infrastructure, including ETF launches, trading workflows, and platform/data infrastructure. I’ve worked closely with asset managers, authorized participants, and market makers across the ETF lifecycle.

I’m targeting roles in ETF product, platform/operations, or capital markets product strategy, and am open to leadership or senior individual contributor opportunities where I can contribute and grow.

I’m especially interested in firms like BlackRock, Vanguard, State Street, Bloomberg, Nasdaq, as well as fintech and market infrastructure companies in the capital markets space.

    Engineering career coach, here. I'd like to commend you on your initiative on getting yourself where you want to go by posting this. However, I would recommend a more active approach. Use LinkedIn or whatever industry-specific social media platform is available to you and target individuals.

    Find people what work at the companies you which to end into, hone in on the departments you want to be a part of and network - start conversations with them, establish rapport. That rapport gets you referrals and the names of hiring managers. Networking and connections are still the best way to get in.
