I'm currently looking for part-time remote roles in design, appointment setting, sales, real estate, AI training, project management. I'm honestly open to anything that is flexible and remote. So a little bit about myself, my name is Ana and I'm from Nicaragua. I graduated in architecture and I've been focusing on 3D modeling, quality assurance, BIM management, and project coordination for the past 4 years. And for the past 3 month I've been the Head of Estimating and Executive Assistant to a painting company located in Florida, this role is full time and as a freelancer, so no benefits. Now you see, a year ago I started getting chronically fatigued and experiencing dizziness, headaches and heart palpitations, it turns out I'm severely burned out and also have asthma and mild tachicardia, lucky me. Don't let this fool you, though, these things don't make me a bad worker, it just means I need some flexibility. So in order to take better care of myself, my mental and physical health, I'm actively looking for part time jobs and flexible schedule jobs, as I'm located in latin america is also important to me to be able to work remotely, I'm a very fast learner, highly proactive, empathetic, pick up new tools easily and highly organized. I love working with teams as I've coordinated multiple teams across different countries.
