Did anyone have an experience with a company named Concentrix?
I received a LinkedIn message about a data entry remote position paying $50.00/hour. The "interview" was held over MSTeams chat. I did not talk to anyone. I pushed to get a phone call with someone because I have too many questions. I was told all communication is online. This company exists. The person who contacted me is an employee there (or so it seems). I find this suspicious. Anyone else have this experience?
On Glassdoor, it states that Concentrix has an overall rating of 4.0 out of 5, based on over 39,595 reviews left anonymously by employees. 78% of employees would recommend working at Concentrix.
Be careful of people that contact you pretending to be with a certain company. Your intuition will let you know. Always be careful about what information you give out. You are allowed to interview them as well. Ask questions.
Be cxarefuñ. There are so many scam. I git a job offer without interview offering to send me a computer ans asking me fir my Bank account to deposit miney formetoorder the computer...Crazy.
$50 hr for data entry?
SCAM. They want your personal information. Do NOT provide it. Run.
Scam. They now set themselves up as dupes of legit companies to get your information. Run away!
That sounds like a scam. People set themselves up as fake employees of real companies.
I do not know any legitimate recruiter that does interviews over chat. This seems like the newest version of these employment scams - I noticed that the previous version always seemed to originate from text messages.
See if you can speak with someone at the company. My friend had something similar happen and when she contacted the company, there was no one by that name that worked there.
Good luck!
