Hello Everyone!

Hello Everyone!

I have an degree in administration and will be graduating with a degree in marketing this May. I am have some trouble trying to get an internship or an "entry level" job but they both require a certain amount of years of experience. I've checked on Indeed and Linkedln but Ive had no luck. I have experience in the non-profit industry as a guest service manager and some experience with payroll from a small business. I live in Arkansas so I am not sure if there are any jobs that will be willing to hire me. Any advice on what I can do to stand out and get an interview? Also if there is a recruiter/hiring managers that can take a look at my resume and Linkedln profile, Id greatly appreciate it.

Thank you!

I would work with your University's career counselors, alumni groups and local chamber of commerce. You network with professors and business supported groups.

My counselors have been recommending Handshake and the jobs there are either expired, Ai generated or I do not have experience for. I will look into the groups you mentioned and the chamber of commerce. Thank you!
