Job searches after 50
Moving to the West Coast in 10 months. I have Licenses and Certifications in psychotherapy. Burned out. Want to become a life coach focused on BIPOC individuals. I also have 20 years as a diversity specialist and trainer. Always kept up with professional development in diversity - also have done crisis management in the field. Would love a position that combines diversity, coaching and teaching. Ideas?

Are you open to work with nonprofits or perhaps teaching classes at a junior college or university? Those types of organizations are less likely to age discriminate, if that's what concerns you. I'd target those types of organizations as a starting point, then go from there.
