Hi everyone! I'm Anuja, and I just found this community—wish I'd found it sooner.

Six months ago I relocated from India to Estonia with my husband, and I've been job hunting since — which has been humbling in ways I didn't expect after 7+ years building enterprise partnerships (Deloitte, working with Amazon, Disney, Sony) and business development work in India. Turns out a strong resume doesn't always translate cleanly across borders, and I'm learning that the hard way.

I'm looking for Strategic Partnerships, Business Development, commercial growth, or account management roles—ideally remote or hybrid, based in Estonia or elsewhere in Europe, with companies open to visa sponsorship if needed.

If anyone here has navigated a similar cross-border job search, has advice on companies that are genuinely good about relocation/visas, or just wants to swap notes on this whole process — I'd love to connect. And if you're hiring or know someone who is, I'm all ears.

    Two things that tend to help in a move like yours: first, lead every application with outcomes in numbers — the scale of the partnerships, the revenue or growth tied to them — because results travel better than job titles or company names that a hiring manager in a new country may not know. And second, lean into the partner ecosystem you already have. The Deloitte, Amazon, Disney and Sony relationships you built are a real network — former colleagues and partner contacts in Europe often open doors faster than cold applications, especially for roles that may need visa support.

    If you haven't already, it may also be worth connecting with Tallinn's startup and expat communities — Estonia's tech scene is small and well connected, and a short conversation with someone who's hired internationally there can tell you quickly which employers are genuinely open to sponsorship.
