Good evening,

My name is Kierra and I am new to this platform and group! Thank you for having me! I am currently pursuing a bachelor's in Graphic Design and I currently work remotely at a call center. Are there any tips for transitioning from this kind of work environment to a job in the creative industry?

Does your degree program have resources about this? I would expect something like tips on developing a portfolio, and possibly doing an internship somewhere.
