Hi Design Darlings!
Wanted to introduce myself to the group...
My name is Deb and I’m an empathetic, human centered designer with over 10 years of experience.
Most recently, I worked at Nike in color design, using consumer and trend research to inform innovative product. I owned color on the brand launch of NBA socks and designed kids apparel garnering over $100M in sales and a greatly increased presence in the China Marketplace.
I’m looking to join a design research or service design team where I can work with communities and strategize solutions for their needs- getting to know individuals and understanding their point of view is what drives me.
I have a specific interest in the healthcare sector as I have been a patient due to a chronic condition (that is luckily in remission!) and would love to help patients in any way that I can.

It’s always inspiring to see how others stay creative and motivated in design. I’ve recently been exploring more collaborative tools and platforms that help bring ideas to life and actually found some solid inspo through glow team https://glow.team/ the vibe and approach there really clicked with how I work. It’s great to see communities like this one where support and creativity go hand in hand. Looking forward to hearing more from you all! ?✨
