Long term project and implementation manager

Should I take the plunge?

I have a full time job as an IT project manager, but have pretty much topped out salary wise. I am considering if I have the skills to make a go of consulting. An advice would be welcome?

This is the reality of many full timers, eventually your salary will cap out. It’s important to have a plan before you take a leap. My suggestion is to put your consultant profile together and land a gig and see if you enjoy it first. Consulting is not for everyone. Their are steps to put in place .
