Career transition from teaching to organization development

Hi all, I'm looking to make the transition from teaching young adults with autism (10.5 years, 6 specializing in technology) to a career in organization development and change. I have my masters degree in OD, and my lack of previous experience in the roles I apply for have been the reason I've not been hired in the field. I know from reading job descriptions that I'm qualified (with the exception of having a similar job) and the duties are things I'm very familiar with or have done in the past. I can't seem to get the job without the experience, but to get experience, I need an opportunity to work in that field first. Catch 22. I only apply for more entry level jobs in OD since I'm new in that field so my education is much more than what's required for most jobs. I excel at training based on my teaching background but I'm open to any opportunities in the organization development field. I live in Cleveland Ohio, so if you have any opportunities in that area or remotely that you feel I may be a good fit for, please let me know.
