Telling The Boss I'm Pregnant

I am 7 weeks pregnant. I informed my boss this morning, I wanted to wait till my third trimester was completed. I chose to tell him this morning due to my horrible morning (all day) sickness. He seemed super supportive and excited for me. Does anyone have experience with this and has anyone felt they would be treated differently after becoming pregnant?
