Covering legs in December?

Hi fashion gurus! I typically wear a pants suit in cooler weather and a skirt without pantyhose when warmer. But this week, I have an important meeting in NYC in which I need to wear a traditional dark suit and blouse with a skirt. Will I just have to go back to the old fashion hose? TIA for you insight!

I think you should go back to to pantyhose. Even if it's sheer, it will be cold in NYC.
