Fearless Friday: Self-Doubt
Happy Friday! Being a human being means you are riddled with fear, doubt and insecurity. Who has dealt with self-doubt this week? What did you do to conquer it?
I definitely suffer from self-doubt, but i find that if I remind myself that I made it this far, I'm stronger than I think, and I deserve more credit than I give myself, that does help. I just repeat it to myself when I catch myself saying "I cant."
Great advice! The words we think and speak become the reality of our life. When we say we "can't" then that becomes our reality. And, repetition is a MUST for long term change and transformation.
