Leadership Strategies for Women

Book Recommendations?

I am looking to read a book that will revitalize my passion for leading a team and developing new opportunities for them. Suffering some extreme burnout right now and looking for something to spark that fire to get out from under it!

Multipliers: How the best leaders make everyone smarter by Liz Wiseman. So many good practical tips that you can start implementing with minimal effort.

I'm a big fan of Leadership and Self Deception, as well as Radical Candor! Enjoy! :)

I love The Culture Code by Daniel Coyle and Multipliers by Liz Wiseman - I reference them both often when coaching new managers on my teams. I also have to give the obvious Dare to Lead (Brene Brown) - it really is a fantastic approach to being a vulnerable and trustworthy leader.

Dare to Lead was a great book for sure. I'll have to give those other two a try!

I love "Leaders eat Last" also by Simon Sinek. You can't go wrong with anything he does.

“Start with Why” by Simon Sinek. He also has a TedTalk you can watch. He’s very inspiring.

Since you like Simon Sinek (honestly, who couldn't?) I just found out he has another book called "Find your Why".
