Resilience was my word at the beginning of the COIVD19 pandemic. I've now added "Thrive", as I have tired of hearing "when will we get back to the new normal. This is the normal, face masks, physician distancing, and WFH. I'd rather focus on the positive for the next year, and thrive is how I plan live.
