Hi All,
I am new to the group and wanted to introduce myself. I have been working for a non-profit organization for 5 years and am looking to change my career path. I would like to do something in lines of sustainability and someone suggested consulting, which offers exposure to different industries. I liked this advice and would like to explore it more for my next chapter. Any advice is welcome, I am trying to clean up my resume since it has been a while.

Hi Angela, that sounds like an exciting career change.
I see you posted this back in May. Have you already made the pivot?
Make sure to have a section on top of your CV with a summary of who you are, branding yourself for the career you want.
Then, make sure all the experience sounds relevant to your new career path.
Also, you'll need to do very strong networking because if you rely on job postings this could take a very long time.
I've helped quite a few people pivot to the sustainability sector and I agree consulting is a great way to get started.
