I was wondering if anyone has any advice about using ChatGPT to help prepare resumes.
Is this a good idea? Is it really obvious that I've used AI? How can someone tell that I've used AI? From those who review resumes, what is annoying about using ChatGPT, aside from stating qualifications that I don't have? Any other advice please? Thank you

remember we still have human recruiters. they don't stop to educate that much on AI, but yes they might be using it too. At least in NY State, I believe decisions of actual elimination must be made by a human, not an algorithm (or AI). This is a nice spirit, but in practice, it still shows the results first who the site likes. So yes, use AI, but also be a human. Add detail that humanizes you perhaps anecdotally at the bottom. And ALWAYS try warm intros via strong and weak connections to actual humans.
The PP Family ID System is a very helpful initiative that makes it easier for families to access different government
services and welfare schemes in one place. Through Parivar Pehchan Patra, the government can verify family details, income status, and eligibility for benefits like pensions, scholarships, and subsidies. This digital system also improves transparency and reduces paperwork, making the process faster and more convenient for citizens. However, it’s important for families
to keep their information updated so they can continue receiving the benefits they are eligible for without any issues. https://pppfamilyiid.com/

As a career coach, I always advocate using AI to help in resume design and wording. To my clients, I frame AI as a "thought partner" that can sometimes come up with words and phrases that feel more adequate and accurate (to describe our work) than the words we come up with on our own. I recommend first drafting your own content, then loading it into various generative AI platforms with specific questions, that could be prompts like: "I'm struggling with how to describe this particular job. Rewrite the bullets three different times to help me add clarity to what I do, so I have options to choose from." or "I want this description of my job to sound more managerial or leadership focused, but I am not sure how to reframe it. How would you alter these bullets to help?" Asking specific questions on multiple AI platforms gives you options of what language feels most accurate for your truth.
