Hi I am Software Developer and a mom who took a 2+ years of career break to take care of my family.
I have 15 years of experience and I am a Software Developer and I am trying to get re-enter the job force. It has been discouraging and frustrating that I have not got a single interview so far. Are there any non-profits who can work with me on my resume ?

It may not necessarily be your resume.
The tech space has been absolutely decimated over the last two years. It's most likely a math problem --> hundreds of thousands of layoffs = hundreds of thousands more jobseekers X hundreds of thousands less open positions.
You may want to look for companies that offer returnships.
