Yes, I love sharing info!! Humm, there are so many, but the main point that I tell all of my clients is to tailor the resume to EACH job they apply for because of the ATS. If a resume doesn't pass the ATS, then it won't get into the hands of a recruiter or hiring manager. So, this step is vital.
