Hey! I stumbled on to this article a while ago and thought it might help you - https://thriveglobal.com/stories/5-ways-to-manage-anxiety-if-you-work-nontraditional-hours/ The writer basically talks about having a deliberate approach to scheduling. Make sure work is work, personal is personal, and family is family. Try not to blur these lines! I've been there so I totally get your struggle.
