My boss is asking me to take on a part of someone else’s job in addition to what I’m already doing, and I asked for a raise. Do you think that’s reasonable? It’s going to take extra hours of my day to manage this. I’m the only one available to take this on right now. I’ve worked hard to get to this point, gaining valuable skills along the way.
