I’ve spent 18 years working in finance, most recently investment banking, but my last workplace was so toxic and I’ve just had my third child so I have no intention of returning to that industry. My passion lies in optimising performance and leadership development which I have done a fair bit of during my IB career. Is there a way to get into that industry without doing a Masters, or is it best to do a 1 year full time Masters and try entering the industry then? Any advice gratefully received.
