Hello all. My name is Meagan and I am from Michigan. I am an administrative assistant and I am looking to possibly keep the same type of position but I am in a toxic work environment and looking to change companies this year. I am still working full time and just looking for advice on how to keep being able to look for another position while working full time. ?

Good Evening, I'm Jelette. Currently in Nashville and moved here for my job. The environment was toxic and I built the courage to leave after nearly 5 years with the company. I joined FGB in hopes of learning from other professional women on how they transitioned into their next role.

Good morning! My name is Cassidy, I live in Los Angeles, CA. I recently discovered a passion for marketing and social media and I have decided to move full force in that direction. Debating whether to get my MBA or whether to just focus on getting more experience. It's a hard decision to make!
