Hi All~
Happy to stumble upon this group! I've been working part-time over the past 8 months. The great thing about my position is that it provides flexibility while allowing me to integrate my experience and skills from previous positions. I still struggle when it comes to separating work from home. I value my career, yet, often feel that because of it I am not on "top of my game" at home for my family. Even though my position is part-time, I am grateful for the opportunity and always want to go above and beyond.
Anyway, I look forward to learning about Job Share, Live Life, + Slay Work!

In life there will always be areas of that receive more focus than others. The trick is sraying flexible and shifting your focus and making adjustments as needed to keep it all attended to to the best of your ability.
