I kept a schedule. I take a break away from my WFH computer for lunch. I keep my exercise routine. I get 6+ hours of sleep most nights and sleep in on Sat and Sun.
Yes, a schedule is so helpful and boundaries around when and where you work with a lunch break away from your computer. And resting to recharge on the weekend is so helpful. With kids at home remote learning, so much feels like it’s falling through the cracks, but getting into a routine and schedule that differentiates days from running together and straight into the weekend is a goal.
