Risk Management Approach to Program Delivery

I have been delivering security projects/programs for years and it's great to see people posting about the tech training they are working on.

One thought is that when you are working on a security effort there are always dependencies across infrastructure, software, and policy domains. Security doesn't happen in just one lane, that's why projects fail (especially IAM).

I would encourage people to look into the ITIL process for security incident management to support operationalizing projects and the NIST risk management framework in order to manage the dependencies.
