Back into the workforce but jealousy among women has arrived. Why, I really don't get it. The team I am with seem to have negative connotations such as the office manager screaming at another team member and left and has not returned. When I was laid off in April she took over for 7 months. When the company called me back my skills was updated to the point where I can signed off on legal all paperwork. Can we all work together. Advice please.

Whenever I hear about cases where people get very upset/jealous or lash out it is rarely about the reason they are upset in the first place. Stress has been through the roof for everyone lately and while it is so hard to do, being a strong support (that it sounds like you already are) is the best way to help.
With that said, holding your own boundaries is so important. Perhaps have a conversation with your manager about how you can use your new skill set to help the business. this will raise their attention to your level of expertise and show that you care about making the workplace even better.
