Pretty generic question, but for my business it has been my podcast. People who reach out to me for a consult after listening to my podcast already know, like, and trust me - makes the sale virtually a done deal.

This is kind of what I teach, so I'm going to second what JJ Pruett said- talk to people. Find out what their pain points are and see if what you are offering can solve that.
