Favorite Podcasts
I often get asked how to get started listening to podcasts. I listen to many of them. I enjoy the ones that are detailed and explore many different aspects of the crime. iPhone users can use the Podcast app; Android users need to download an app. I recommend Stitcher. There’s a free version and a premium.

5. Crime Junkies (another favorite)
6. Generation Why
7. Serial Killers
8. Breakdown (excellent journalism)

10. Monstrou (only if you’re into the horror genre)

So... I really love the true crime tv shows (48 Hours, Dateline) as podcasts. I've seen them so much, I don't have to see them to know what's on the screen. The stories are just as riveting.
Plus Wondery has some really good one-off stories... Dirty John, Dr. Death, Over My Dead Body, the Shrink Next Door.
And then, True Crime Obsessed is sooo good. They watch a true crime documentary and record their reactions to it. I LOVE it.
