Did you know May is Mental Health Awareness Month.?
I want to challenge you to spend time this CALLING.. not texting - friends you haven't spoken to in awhile. You will probably get there voicemail but even so leave a message so you're just checking in to see how they are and ask if they will call you back so you can catch up.
It has been a very lonely and hard season for those who are single or live alone even elderly people love to be checked on. Hope you will accept my Challenge and we can start the conversation about how you reached out to others. Have a great week
