Welcome! Upcoming events?
Thanks for joining! I would love to set up some virtual book readings and book clubs! I thought we could have 3 formats: Book discussion online, a live book club meeting on Zoom, and live conversations with authors?
ONLINE BOOK DISCUSSIONS: Simply post in the subject line a book you've just read and would love to discuss, and we can all chime in.
ZOOM BOOK CLUB: I'd love to suggest starting with the book LITTLE FIRES EVERYWHERE. (It's on Hulu if anyone wants to cheat. I figured I'd make the first one easy!) It's a great book and worth reading.
CONVERSATIONS WITH THE AUTHOR: Live discussions with the author on Zoom.
I'll post specific events separately. If anyone has any suggestions as to books, authors, or other events please jump in!

There’s the ever popular book, “Lean In” by Sheryl Sandberg. Anything by Don Miguel Ruiz , such as “The Four Agreements” is good. I think “The 5 Languages of Love” or “The 5 Languages of Appreciation” would be very good in starting a discussion about our own personal languages. “Quiet” by Susan Cain is an excellent book for women who are introverted.
