I would like to ask for a raise, as I feel I bring more value and skills to the organization than I am being paid but I am having difficulties in researching salaries of similar nonprofit job titles.

I understand that nonprofit general pays less than for-profit so comparing with for-profit salaries is not helpful. Does any have any sources for non-profit salaries database? Thanks in advance.

The places I know all cost money, see example. A lot of non-profits includes salary ranges with their positions, so if you look at job boards for other nonprofits you might find some. Usually the pay varies by the size of the nonprofit so smaller nonprofits pay less than larger ones. I run a national nonprofit with a staff of around 90 people, our salaries are public. If your org is a similar size I'm happy to tell you the salary range for the position if we have something similar in our org. if you are at a smaller or regional nonprofit though it won't be comparable. https://guidestar.candid.org/nonprofit-compensation-report/
