I'm making sure to work out at least 3/4 times a week, go outside for strolls (because with WHF its so easy to spend all day at home and not see any sun!), schedule Netflix party with family and friends on weekends
Bravo. It is so true that most of us are working more hours and can easily get tethered to our chairs. Let's all take this charge to get moving more. Keep going!

Sometimes indulgence is good. Cheese is not the evil empire and Deli Sliced Cold Cuts are apart of American I don't want to go away...just not 24/7. I have to look at your other posts and comments now, Sarah you've won me over.
