Navigating The New Normal

Tips for starting at REMOTE + A start up- Starting at a new job in just a few weeks.

It will be 100% remote + it is a start up environment which is new to me. Any suggestions?

Start up environments are tough because it will be chaotic more often than not. I recommend making a list of the things you want to accomplish for the day and review it right before breaks and lunch to stay on track. You will be putting out small fires for your department every day and it will throw you off track. You need a reminder of the things you need to get done that they are still going to hold you accountable for even though they will interrupt you all day with emergencies.
