how do I show my capabilities? I feel like many professionals around me still look at my age and sex rather than at my professional skills.
How do I avoid imposter syndrome early in my career and instead work to get a head start?
One critical component is to remember that there SHOULD be aspects of your role that you don't yet know how to do. That is the only way you grow and develop. If you have taken a role which involves only skill sets that you have already mastered, then it's likely not helping you advance. I hope this helps :-)
