Hi Roshni! I totally agree with Julie C. apply first. However, joining a consulting firm is a different experience for everyone, depending on what level you intend to join into. Consulting is an open basket with SO MUCH to learn from. If you want an entry level position, all you need to succeed is apply and be teachable, curious and tenacious. If you are however recruiting as an experienced professional, it would help to have a few years of relevant experience (depending on the level you are applying for), and some sort of evidence of expertise in a certain area, because the higher you go, the more likely you are to want to specialise in a particular aspect of consulting. So think of where you want to be and work your way up from there! Here to help with questions!

Hi Ezinne - Thank you for your response. I would like to start with an open position as I feel would be best for me just starting out on a new career path.

Hi Roshini, Referrals often work best, but applying is how most people begin. Julie C.
