Why waste hours reconciling receipts when there’s a smarter way? Wallester ( https://wallester.com ) provides expense cards for business that automate spending control, eliminating reimbursement hassles and unexpected budget overruns. Set limits, categorize expenses, and get real-time insights into your company's financial health. Businesses that embrace digital financial tools operate more efficiently, allowing them to focus on scaling rather than stressing over expense reports.

Unfortunately we are the most hated (millennials), meanwhile we are some of the most hardworking people. We were delt a terrible set of cards. Really wish people would stop hating on groups of people. I see people from all generations that are bad and good.

I'm an accounting manager and we hired a staff accountant last year who was still a senior in college (this means he is Gen Z while I am Gen X). Because he was entry level, it has required a lot of me having to train him and mentor him, but it has been rewarding since he has a really good attitude and is a natural with people and communication. While we are completely different demographics and have some wildly different worldviews, I do see his strengths and how kind he is going to be to so many different kinds of people throughout his working life. Because of that, it totally is worth the effort to teach him good habits that will pay off for him later.
