All work? No! Play!
Are you replicating your office & your child's classroom at home? Don't.
Yes you need to function in a certain way - but instead of risking it becoming a 'Dilbert' moment, how about creating an environment where you can .... PLAY, earn, create and learn....?
This morning I made decisions around where best to work at home - depending on what the sun is doing, and whether I want to track it, or hide from it.
How about looking at where you work - and whether it's working for you now that you're there daily, and not ad hoc as most were before lockdown?
Get up and jump around every now and then - with music you love on.
And make an appointment with yourself, and anyone else you're locked down with, to create. It could be
Invent a game - a new version of hide & seek?
Play a game - hopscotch?
Draw - even if you think you're rubbish.
Make a big deal out of snack breaks - with glorious colour & much fanfare for the simplest of morsels.
